VALUE ADDED TAX (vat)

All our prices (except Books) incorporate VAT (currently at 17.5%). Orders from Austria - Belgium - Denmark - Finland - France - Germany - Greece - Ireland - Italy - Luxembourg - Netherlands - Portugal - Spain - Sweden:  Prices are as stated, unless you supply us with your specially prefixed VAT number.

All orders shipped outside the EEC you can deduct the VAT (currently at 17.5%) from our prices. (except books)

SHIPPING

FOR PARCELS: Our UK Postage & Packing charge is now £6.00 (was £5.50).  This is for a parcel sent overnight by DHL for next day delivery, for a weight between 2Kg & 25Kg.  If they have to call twice, we are charged twice, so it is helpful to give a business address or alternate street number. If you would prefer Royal Mail please let us know.  We are happy to drop shipment on your behalf.You can send your own label and compliment slip

OTHER SIZES: Due to the vast difference in size and weight of our products - The EXACT amount of carriage and packing will be added to the final bill to orders placed by credit/debit cards. All orders with cheque/Giro or cash payments, please enquire as to cost of shipping etc before placing orders.   

UK: Goods sent to addresses in the UK are sent at consignee's risk unless it is requested that a compensation fee be paid at time of dispatch.  Should a parcel arrive damaged in transit. Please notify us keeping all the packaging for inspection by the PO or carrier.

Some Parcels will be sent overnight by Securicor/DHL for next day delivery.  IF YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE OUT WHEN THE SECURICOR DELIVER PLEASE LEAVE OR GIVE US AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS AS THEY CHARGE TWICE IF UNABLE TO DELIVER THE FIRST TIME. Securicor/DHL do not deliver to I.O.M. , I.O.W or the Scottish Island. You can request PO delivery if this is inconvenient. Please note PO delivery usually costs more.

OVERSEAS: Overseas goods are sent at consignee's risk unless we are specifically instructed to send by insured airmail post. We accept no responsibility for goods dispatched overseas unless they are insured. The Post Office do not pay any compensation for registered or recorded book-post packets. 

Import duties, tariffs & Customs charges are the responsibility of the consignee.

PAYMENT

ON LINE: Can be made by credit/debit card on the SECURE order form (no Amex or Diner).

POST/FAX: Payment can be made by fax with the PRINTABLE ORDER FORM on line. Faxed with credit/debit card details. Or you can mail the order form in with a Sterling Cheque or Euros, £ Sterling or US dollar banknotes.

Overseas customers who pay by GIRO please add £2.00 for the Giro transaction charge. Thank You.

If Payment is made by EUROCHEQUE, your A/C number must be on reverse and £7.00 added for English Bank Charges.
